212 professionals from across the United States gathered in Indianapolis to focus on "The Power of Connection: Building Community Trhough Group Care". The energy was very positive and upbeat throughout the conference, which included keynote addresses from Michael Lu, MD, MPH, and Marie Manthey MNA,FRCN, FAAN, PhD (hon), along with plenary speakers and breakout sessions on a variety of topics related to group health care.

Talks and breakout sessions focussed on various models of group health care in different areas, research findings, and ways to make group care more effective.
